HALLELUIA!
Beginning this Sunday October 4th we will once again be celebrating Mass indoors.
As we did in June we will begin with two Masses one in English at 9 AM and another in Spanish at 11 AM. Our Saturday evening Mass will begin on October 10 at 4 PM
There are several protocols which must be followed:
1. If you are unwell then it would be advisable for you to stay home. This is not only for your safety but also of others in church.
2. A mask or face covering must be worn at all times except when you are receiving Communion.
3. The church has already been cordoned off to assure the appropriate distancing. Please adhere to this distancing.
4. Hand sanitizer will be available at the doors of the church.
There will be receptacles at the doors of the church for you to place your collection envelopes.
You will once again be asked to sign a consent form (a copy that you can download will be found attached to the end of this flocknote). This too you can place in the containers at the entrance of the church.
It is a holy coincidence that this Sunday is the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron of our archdiocese. This raises this feast to the level of a Solemnity which is the highest level of liturgical celebration in the Church. So it is a joy to get back to celebrating the Eucharist as a "Franciscan community."
